All 4 boats are designed and built for electric boating. Applying the new E-Marine configurations by Electric Ship Facilities, makes sailing 100 km without recharging easily achievable!

De set is door ESF zelf samengesteld en afhankelijk van de mate van gebruik worden bepaalde type batterijen geadviseerd. De lader die ESF aanbiedt is geschikt om in  de (zeil)boot de batterijen op te laden. Wat is die set ? Bestellen kan via de webshop .

Ligt uw boot in Friesland en wilt u elektrisch varen? Dan is er een provinciale subsidie beschikbaar voor de ombouw (refit). De subsidie richt zich op refit van bestaande schepen naar elektrisch of hybride aandrijving en op de aanschaf van nieuwe elektrische of hybride aangedreven schepen.

The agreement between Electric Ship Facilities and Capstone Turbine Corporation is expected to push the development of electric / hybrid boating further forward, especially for commercial ships. The worldwide Capstone dealernetwork was invited on June 8th to witness and to be the first to see the micro turbine working in a hybrid energysystem of Electric Ship Facilities in Heeg, The Netherlands.
