Electric Ship Facilities launches Zero Emission Energy Systems with Methanol Based Fuel Cells

On 11/12/13 October, the Zero Emission - Ecomobiel exhibition will take place in the Brabanthallen. Electric Ship Facilities will present its Zero Emission Energy systems with Methanol Based Fuel Cells at this event. The Zero Emission Energy systems can provide continuous power from 1.6 kW to 8 kW. Larger capacities, up to even 2000 kW continuous power, can also be realised (prospectively). Find out more about these renewable energy solutions and visit Electric Ship Facilities in hall 6 at stand A066.

Zero Emission - Ecomobiel 2022 Zero Emission - Ecomobiel is the business fair when it comes to sustainable innovation in mobility. It offers a platform for innovation, knowledge sharing and business. Simultaneously, the Trade Fair Energy and Trade Fair Industrial Heat & Power and PREFAB will be hosted at the same location.

National Energy Week From 10 - 16 October the National Energy Week will take place, this is a week full of networking events in the context of working together on the energy transition. The main stage of National Energy Week ( #NEW ) is in Den Bosch at the Zero Emission - Ecomobiel Trade Fair.

The Zero Emission Energy Systems from Electric Ship Facilities The Zero Emission Energy systems that Electric Ship Facilities will launch at the Ecomobiel exhibition on 11/12/13 October fit right in with the National Energy Week theme of working together on the energy transition. A transition to a sustainable energy supply is crucial but challenging for many industries and companies.

Electric Ship Facilties' energy systems with Methanol Based Fuel Cells produce energy and can be used as a power generator. This is a mobile solution to provide clean and silent energy to the shipping industry as well as construction and infrastructure projects. With Zero Emission Energy Systems, the energy transition is getting a lot closer.

It is with good reason that the mission statement of the family company Electric Ship Facilities states: "Committed to accelerate the transition by applying zero emission innovative technology".

Green off grid energy Zero Emission Energy Systems can provide continuous power where and when it is needed.

  • This could be the case, for example, at a construction and infrastructure project where the requirements for a zero emission and silent application are increasing.

  • The energy systems can also generate green power for an off grid industrial hall or a house.

  • In addition, a mobile application is also possible, for example for an event where continuous power is required in addition to peak power.

Greenshipping Wadden Sea Within the Greenshipping Waddenzee project, the first Methanol Based Fuel Cell is being implemented as a marine application in the Northman 1200 Electric, a recreational vessel with accommodation for up to 6 persons. In this application, the fuel cell acts as a range extender to enable independent boating from shore power.

The Wadden Sea is a world heritage area where both recreation and shipping have an impact. To burden this beautiful nature area as little as possible, Green Shipping is looking for sustainable solutions that are directly applicable in the Wadden Sea area.

Electric Ship Facilities will be able to scale up to larger marine applications, including the brown fleet, after small-scale testing of the marine application of the Methanol Based Fuel Cell in the Northman 1200 Electric.

Find out more at the Zero Emission Ecomobiel fair on 11/12/13 October. Until 11 October, you can register for free for this exhibition. Electric Ship Facilities will be present with the Methanol Based Fuel Cells in hall 6 at stand A066.
